Vacation Bible School

Delainey has been fortunate enough to attend two Vacation Bible Schools this summer. The first one had a really cute finale, but I forgot my camera. The second was at our church and was the same theme as the first. So, Delainey, being the teacher/leader taught everyone the hand motions to the songs. Jacqueline was content with some animal crackers on the sidelines.

Beach Pics!!

We were invited to the beach with "the girls" and "the kids" to stay at the Shupings' house. We were only there for an evening and a day at the beach, but it was a ton of fun!! Thank you Sarah, Rosie and Poppa for letting us stay!!

The first lake trip of the summer!

Thank you Niki and Bubba for taking us on the lake! We had fun and the girls were WORN OUT!!!

Greenville trip

Stevie surprised me for Mother's Day with a trip to Greenvile. We weren't able to go until just a couple weeks ago, but we were able to catch up with some friends and walk to Reedy River Falls. Overall it was very rejuvenating and helped us rest up to come home to the kids! Thanks baby!

Playing Catch Up!

Dance Recital

Sweet little Delainey had her first dance recital last night and it was EXCELLENT!! She takes tap/ballet/creative movement and gym (15 mins. of each) and they showed off what they had learned in each last night. What great little dancers and gymnasts they were.

WOW, Springtime is a busy season!!!

I am having a blog intervention...my sweet husband has been working two jobs and has been too busy to blog. SO, I am interjecting a little insight to our busy spring so far. There has been too much going on for me to write about all of it (plus I'm an awful writer) so I will touch on a few of the highlights. As many of you know, my grandpa was visiting from Arizona for what we thought would be an extended amount of time. As it turns out, I think he was homesick for his place and his belongings. So, last week, my Uncle Richard flew into Charlotte and he and Grandpa drove back to Arizona. My girls were really liking having him over a few times a week and they miss him terribly. I sure hope he comes back to visit. Here are some photos of "playtime with Grandpa". (I think we wore him out!!!). Ok, I know I promised more, but stay tuned......life is calling me away from the computer!
